Why Do People Bully?
There are many different reasons why kids choose to bully. people think that if they bully it will make them more popular. They also sometimes do it for attention, and to make them look tough. When kids bully it makes them feel in control, and they like to make kids afraid of them. Most of the time the kid who is bullying is bigger than the person being bullied. This is so that the bullied kid feels intimidated. Another reason for kids bullying is that they themselves may be being bullied. Often times bullies do not understand the affect it is having on the person being bullied. When people are bullied often times people don't think that there is anything wrong with it and that it is just apart of life. They believe that it will make the person stronger and will teach them to stick up for themselves.

I totally agree with you Jay, people just bully to recieve more attention, and think that they are really cool and funny, but really they are just making fun of themselves for making fun of another individual. People need to think twice before they bully, because it is becoming a huge problem in the United States and around the world. Bullies think they are tough and "all that", but people may turn away from the bully. Bullies seem to bully others to make friends, because they may not have any, so they think that they will make friend if they bully, which they won't.
Some Bullies bully for attention, and it's causing a huge problem and emotional let down for those who are being bully. Wheter its Physically or Mentally Bullied, they are still be hurt both ways and hard. Bullying is a huge problem and hopefully the HALT Program will put somewhat a cure to bullying in fairview.
i think bullying is so stupid.i agree with you people just do it for the attention!there are many other ways that you can get attetion without hurting someone else.
Bullying is seeming to create a bigger problems in our schools. All the attention seekers need to be stopped. keep the info coming.
